Dr. Ravi is exceptionally awesome! She listens, she cares, very detailed and recommends what product is right for you. From my first consultation in 2019, I knew Dr. Ravi was honest, humble and was not about making money. She wanted to provide what was right for me. What makes it even better, the office decor is so pretty and super clean. The assistants provide superb customer service and prices are reasonable. Dr. Ravi is fabulous! Lots of attention to detail, very professional, explains everything before doing it and doesn't feel like she's trying to push unwarranted treatment. Office is cute and clean! Other staff members were nice and helpful as well. I've been to a few other places for Dysport/Botox around the Concord and Charlotte area to find a good fit for me over the past year -- I've finally found it!! Won't go anywhere else now 10/10 recommend.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Ravi! I have been to IllumeMD for several different treatments including chemical peels, fillers and Botox. Dr. Ravi has a sweet bedside manner, during my appointments I feel as if I am visiting with a friend. I'm 58 years young , with skin that makes me appear much older. I went to see Dr. Ravi two months ago complaining mostly about the variety of discolorations I have and how the OTC products I've tried over the years have never produced much in the way of results. I do have other concerns about my skin, too, but she encouraged me to start out with a facial regiment to see how I do before moving forward with more drastic treatment. As we conversed, I grew impressed by her level of knowledge which gave me confidence in her ability to help me. I left that day feeling relieved that I didn't get pushed into having what could potentially be an expensive procedure and also excited to have an arsenal in hand of several items which I believed promised improvement over time. She wrote out instructions for me to follow, explaining each step and answering all my questions patiently (and I ask a lot!) then, scheduled a follow-up phone call, so that I wouldn't have to go back to the office unless need be. I appreciated that option, with Covid in full swing. By the 1 month mark, I could notice how much brighter my skin looked and knew I was on my way to my much anticipated improvement. About two weeks later, I ran out of one item and was given the option of having it mailed to me, but I chose to go in for a visit. While there, Dr. Ravi took update photos of me and showed me the comparison from my first visit. It was very evident that I was already seeing great results in the lightening of my pigment discolorations and I was only at the six week mark. This encouraged me to continue faithfully on my regiment! I'm very pleased at how things are moving along and recommend Dr. Ravi highly.
